We are currently looking for a Senior General Manager to run one of David Lloyd's flagship Family Health and Racquet Clubs in the North West. David Lloyd is viewed as the operator of choice for employees because of its excellent staff development programme and genuine desire to provide a high quality service to its members.

To apply you will be an existing General or Regional Manager with proven track record driving a multi-million pound business, from either the leisure, retail or hospitality sectors. Ideally you will have worked with a strong branded product with KPIs revolving around a balanced scorecard framework.

We are not just looking for a good business manager, but an individual who has the skills and charisma to motivate and nurture their team of up to 80 full and part time staff, with the willingness to engage with members and strive for service excellence. Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate judgments, drive, influence and people management skills in driving the profitability of the business with a particular focus on attracting and retaining members while ensuring operational efficiency and delivery of brand standards in a highly competitive multi faceted sales focused business.
