The company has grown year on year since it was established in 1997 and 2008 is no exception. On the back of the success we have had in 2007 with the launch of Barzone (in association with the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) and the leading industry trades press, The Publican), we are now seeking a Senior Consultant to establish a dedicated new recruitment desk focusing on the licensed retail market.

The role is hugely diverse and will be a combination of account management and candidate generation working exclusively with an extensive CV database built up since the launch of Barzone. There will be a large emphasis on new business generation, albeit from an existing network of potential clients through Barzone. You will work closely with the rest of the permanent division but ultimately it is an autonomous role managing a desk like your own business with monthly and quarterly targets and a generous commission scheme based off any new business.

To succeed in this role you will be self-motivated, a high achiever and be able to demonstrate commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be a confident communicator, organized and resourceful and have an excellent work ethic. Your experience will ideally come from a management role within the Licensed Retail Industry, recruitment experience in the sector or a proactive sales environment.
