An exciting and challenging opportunity has come up with a major player in the health and fitness market to head up the sales team of one of its Flagship sites in Reading. A hugely varied and demanding role, your remit will be; to identify sales opportunities within the local market place and devise sales strategies; to deliver and monitor the success of sales plans; and to manage, mentor and develop the sales team.

This is a very hands-on role so you must be familiar with the sales process, be a confident closer, and be able to generate new leads through initiative, creativity and networking. To apply, you must have an understanding of the health and fitness market and be familiar with achieving targets both individually and through your team. You must be a strong man manager and have an understanding of marketing strategy and implementation. In return for your ongoing commitment and drive to achieve, further management training will be given and the opportunity to progress to the next level.
