The online sales executive will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions and corporate branding activity on our website. That means generating new business by building strong working relationships and taking individual needs into account. The majority of the online sales executives communication will be phone based but, as relationships develop, then so will the chance to expand the level of customer contact. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain, and pass on to your clients, a wealth of expertise on the rapidly expanding online recruitment market.

Key skills and experience required:

Excellent telephone sales skills - needs finding, objection handling, negotiation, closing

Tenacity - able to build relationships over the telephone

Proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently

Good time management

Commercial acumen

PC literate
