up to 35K plus 15% bonus

Working for a leading Leisure Management operator, this is an exciting centre management opportunity at a large multi faceted centre that offers autonomy, personal development and progression. A highly varied and demanding role, the centre is currently undergoing a major refurbishment which makes it a very exciting time to take on this role.You will be responsible for driving the service delivery standards and the commercial performance of the facility through developing and mentoring a large team of full and part time staff.

The key here is that you can demonstrate commercial astuteness in a highly competitive market while optimising service provision for the local community. My client will be looking for significant experience as a club or centre manager from either the private or leisure management sectors or possibly a highly experienced AGM who is working at a very big site and is looking to step into a GM position.
