up to £29K plus bonus

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in either club, sales or fitness management to take on a high profile position with a leading wet and dry leisure centre in Reading. The facility has recently undergone a major £2m refurbishment and now boasts a state of the art gymnasium and studio to complement its extensive wet side facilities. As a senior manager within the centre you will be directly responsible for a team of up to 15 full and part time staff, 5 of whom who will be working within the membership team and the remainder will make up the fitness team. You will be tasked with managing the membership team through daily key performance indicators and as such we are looking for a candidate who will lead by example and who has well developed coaching and mentoring approach to help the team achieve their goals.
