We are looking for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in either club, sales or fitness management to take on a high profile position with a recently opened and high profile leading wet and dry leisure centre in the centre of London.The facility now boasts a state of the art gymnasium and studio to complement its extensive wet side facilities and interest in joining has been phenomenal. As a senior manager within the centre you will be directly responsible for a team of up to 20 full and part time staff across both the membership and fitness teams. You will be tasked with managing the membership team through daily key performance indicators and as such we are looking for a candidate who will lead by example and who has well developed coaching and mentoring approach to help the team achieve their goals.
