I am looking for a seasoned and experienced leisure professional to take on a senior managerial position within a high profile wet and dry leisure facility in south East London. We are looking for leadership and managerial experience with a very “hands on” approach to day-to-day operations with a particular emphasis on health and safety and maintenance issues within a very structured and process led environment.

You will be charged with overseeing a large team of duty managers, a maintenance technician, lifeguards and fitness staff and will be heavily involved in all aspects of recruitment staff training and health and safety. An NPLQ, FAAW and PPOC qualification are strongly desirable.
