Business Development Manager - Hertfordshire/Midlands

£70k + package

This is an exciting time to join this premier forward thinking leisure operator as a Business Development Manager which is based at Head Office. This creative BDM role will work predominantly across the Product and Marketing team to identify new business opportunities. In addition, leveraging what they currently do to extend and improve the existing leisure product offering.

As BDM you will be developing and delivering strategic initiatives and carrying out strategic reviews, market research and proposing and recommending new ideas and initiatives and developing and assisting delivery of practical, operational solutions. You will also identify third parties who can assist the company in delivering its strategies and have the confidence and credibility to be able to move discussion and negotiations forward. We are keen to talk to senior candidates who have held a similar role in either Leisure, hospitality, hotel, spa or retail industry or who have held a senior long term consulting position within a major brand. You must be degree/MBA educated, be able to work autonomously and be able to manage and handle a number of varied projects at the same time.
