This is without doubt one of the top Sales Manager positions to come onto the market in 2010, we are looking for a big hitting sales manager to work for one of the largest and most successful leisure businesses in the UK.

The position has come available due to an internal promotion and with genuine on target earnings well in excess of 100K we are only interested in talking to the very best sales managers in the marketplace. In all probability you will have a track record in group or sales management to be considered. You will be tasked with working to exacting brand standards, leading and directing a team of up to 5 sales people to sell with complete integrity and to achieve strict daily and monthly sales targets selling quality holiday homes through a consultative sales process that lasts several hours.

As Sales Manager you will be under constant pressure to meet and exceed the sales targets, you will be working long hours, 6 days a week and constantly coaching and motivating your team to reach their individual and company goals. You must be able to demonstrate exceptional influencing skills and to remain cool calm and collected in a dynamic sales environment. You will be working primarily off incoming leads that come through from high profile newspaper and magazine advertising, television campaigns, a fantastic online CRM network and also through the thousands of holidaymakers who visit the destination each week. You will also play a pivotal role in working with the existing owners many of whom part exchange and upgrade their units. Due to the market leading financial package on offer we are only interested in talking to candidates who have excelled in a senior sales management capacity and preference will be given to those candidates who have delivered in a multi site high value sales environment with general management experience in car sales or estate agency being especially desirable.
