As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the BURGER KING® Restaurant Operation. You will be heavily involved in the day-to-day running of your restaurant. There are five key business areas that we believe every manager needs to focus on to ensure that their restaurant is run efficiently and achieves the very high standards expected by customers and the franchisor:

Operations: Delivering top quality products and restaurant cleanliness
Sales Building: Maximising sales at every opportunity
Customer Service: Delivering the friendly, efficient service
People Management: Driving results through people; providing development & training
Financial Control: Maximising profits, controlling cash.

Your duties will also include food safety, sales and customer satisfaction, all aspects of operational standards, and ensuring delivery of national and local marketing programmes. Our restaurants vary in size and turnover so you could be helping to manage teams of 15-30; therefore, people management experience is essential.

The nature of the roles means that candidates with previous Burger King experience, and qualifications will be given priority.
