It is imperative that you can deliver bottom line profit targets on a monthly basis through exceeding new membership sales expectations and maximising all opportunities to generate secondary spend. To this end you will be genuinely passionate about sales and delivering a first rate service through having the ability to bring the best out of all your staff.

It is essential that all applicants have a strong Management background with a specific emphasis on sales. This does not necessarily have to be in the health and fitness industry but you must have proven success in a dynamic and pressurised sales and service based environment. In a competitive marketplace, we can offer a highly competitive basic and excellent OTE.
