This is an exciting opportunity to work as Health Club Manager within a busy and vibrant private members health club in Manchester. The club prides itself on providing outstanding customer service to it's loyal customer base.

The position of Health Club Manager is highly multifunctional; you will be responsible for budgets, driving revenue through new membership and ancillary spend, controlling expenditure; managing and mentoring your team, driving customer service standards and maintaining the highest possible operational standards.

The club is currently underperforming on new member sales targets and lacks a strong sales culture so we are looking for a seasoned commercial manager with a proven track record in driving sales in a structured KPI led environment who can come in and achieve results in a fun and focussed way. Operational management experience is desirable within a health club but it is not essential as the successful person will have comprehensive training and is supported by a strong operations manager. This very much a front-of-house management role engaging with members and prospects whilst working very closely with your team so we are looking for an outgoing personality with strong leadership skills able to coach, develop and motivate team members whilst leading from the front.
