Divisional Sales Manager - LA Fitness - South East/South West
£42k – £45k OTE £75k LA Fitness have recently added the highly influential Peter Harrington to their Senior Management team as Sales Director. Part of our ongoing and continued growth will be to add to Peter’s team the very best sales talent the industry has to offer. A vital and integral role in the future of LA Fitness is our role as Divisional Sales Manager. The successful candidate for this role will report directly into the Sales Director and be in a frontline, staff facing role securing revenue performance, sales skill set and personal development of 45-60 people across 20-25 clubs. You will work very closely with our regional managers to deliver a support programme of training and motivation. From product concept through to clear compliance at club level you will be involved in all aspects of club membership sales and delivering the LA Experience. You will crucially be an influencer. You will be required to lead and influence at both club and regional level and you will need to be able to clearly show and prove this ability. You will also need to be a great presenter and trainer – comfortable and dynamic in front of large audiences to engage them in effective training with clear and undeniable credibility. You will also have a proven ability to be analytical and be able to break down a combination of detailed reports and prioritise actions within clubs. You will be impeccably presented, organised, competitive and ambitious. You will also crucially have a proven track record in sales, be passionate about your achievements in both success and in adversity. The successful candidate must understand and be passionate about the sales process. Your background can come from outside of the industry but must have a clear understanding of it. You will ideally have a proven multi site sales management background at major brand. You must be committed and willing to travel extensively and when required to spend time away from home. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
