We are looking to bring on an additional two general managers to join our business now, as we anticipate winning new contracts later on in the year and it is our aim to have fully inducted general managers ready to step into these roles. As such you will receive a very thorough induction into our business, you will be mentored by some of the most experienced partnership managers in the company and you will be working across several of our centres to give you the best possible insight into the way GLL operates, commercially, operationally and within the community. We are keen to talk to candidates with either proven general management experience from either the private sector or leisure management, ideally be educated to degree level (or similar qualification) or demonstrate a proven history of financial performance and service delivery in a large multi faceted operation.

GLL offer an excellent range of benefits which include an attendance bonus of up to 8% of your basic salary which comes into effect after 6 months of employment and is paid out at 2% of your basic salary each quarter as long as you do not take any sick days within this period, participation in a local authority pension scheme with GLL contributing up to 13% of your salary as long as you contributes 6%, 31 days holiday including bank holidays, participation in The Cycle to Work Scheme, Childcare Vouchers, discounted fees for use of GLL's facilities and Death in Service benefits.
