Our client is a leading entertainment operator who is expert at providing a total entertainment experience. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who possesses a strong sense of customer service, ensuring the service provided meets or exceeds customer expectations. The site is situated in a perfect location for developing the business and promoting new activity with a view to achieving monthly targets, which will be a crucial part of this exciting role. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Food and Beverage sector that has increased revenue through holding corporate events. You will be able to build a strong relationship with customer and the team alike, leading from the front and by example. We are looking for someone who is passionate about service standards and is an excellent floor manager. You will assist in the recruitment, training and motivation of the team and ensure you keep a tight reign on the administrative duties the site is expected to adhere to.

We are looking for someone who has at least 12 months experience at Assistant Manager level. Someone who is hungry for success and passionate about everything that they do. Someone who is looking for progression within the company. With this role there is a need for flexibility and ability to travel to other centres. Someone who is passionate about service standards and is an excellent floor manager who believes in leading by example. A manager who has experience in leading and motivating a large team. They must be able to understand the importance of the team's morale and what effect they can have on this.
