My client is Britain's leading leisure company with many of the best-known brands in the UK holiday market. I am looking for new caravan sales consultants who can professionally and ethically market and sell brand new static holiday homes at one of the leading luxury caravan parks in East Lothian. Working off a huge number of incoming leads from national advertising campaigns, referrals from existing owners and upwards of 3000 new holidaymakers each week your role will be build and develop relationships with prospective owners. You must adopt a highly professional consultative approach to carry out a detailed needs analysis and in depth tour of the facilities before managing the sales process and arranging where necessary the financial packages to support the sale. The role will be varied, challenging and demanding, involving long hours during the peak season of spring through to summer, but the financial rewards are outstanding and the career progression and development are genuine and very achievable.

The business is performing exceptionally well and outperformed again in 2009 as families who may have previously looked abroad for holiday homes are now looking at more affordable options closer to home that can still offer the family a comprehensive and varied programme of activities and entertainment. My client is benefiting from their market leading position in the sector and is widely regarded as one of the very best businnesses to work for in the UK. Interested candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds and industries eg car sales, estate agency, recruitment,but you must be a self starter, proactive and have a proven track record of selling with integrity.

With basic salaries to £20K the national average OTE is around £45K-£50K with the top performers in the group earning over £100K. It is essential that interested candidate have a driving licence.
