We are working on behalf of LA Fitness who currently require a high performing Regional Manager to oversee 7 sites in North London. Your primary function is to control and motivate your team of Club Managers to deliver budgets and ensure company brand standards are met at all sites within your division.

You need to be focused, hardworking and flexible to work to the needs of the business. Due to mentoring and motivation of a large number of staff, we need a strong and inspirational character who will be able to positively influence at club level through visits and also while working remotely and as such you must be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills and a passion for developing and mentoring teams. You must also have extensive knowledge and be able to display a clear track record of success in sales, compliance, health and safety and HR.

The role will involve extensive travel round your region. We are ideally looking for a candidate currently working in a multisite regional role from the Health and Fitness industry or a Senior General Manager looking to take on a multi site position who is adept at managing and delivering results in a very sales and target driven environment.
