We are looking for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in either operations/fitness management who is looking to broaden their skill set and take on a highly multifunctional role with a leading leisure operator.

Reporting into a cluster GM you will have day to day responsibility for managing all aspects of the large and demanding centre, so we are looking for a leader who is passionate about managing and developing a large team of staff underpinned by operational excellence and commercial acumen.

Your background will ideally encompass a minimum of two years as a Head of Department, Assistant or Club Manager within the health and fitness industry with exposure and experience of managing a large multi faceted leisure facility. Please send your CV and covering letter to dp@srgselect.com
