We are looking for a resourcer to join the permanent recruitment team at Leisurejobs to support the senior consultants and to be trained up to become a full time consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the leading recruitment brand in the leisure industry at a time of significant growth into exciting new markets where we are supported by the huge reach of our online division www.leisurejobs.com. We are looking for raw talent, you will need to be educated to degree level, have a genuine passion and interest for sport, advanced pc skills and be willing to make extensive business development and sales calls within a target driven environment. We would expect a minimum of 6 months experience within a proactive sales environment.

You must be a confident communicator with well developed interpersonal and communication skills, we want someone who will work hard and fast and add real value to the experienced team of consultants. The potential rewards are very significant and once you step up to a consultant you should be earning a minimum of 30K in your first year and significantly more once you fully establish your own client base and candidate pool.

As a resourcer/trainee consultant you will be expected to:

·Website and database management
·The ability to write creative copy
·Pre-screening direct applicants and booking candidates in for interview
·Ensuring candidates details are accurately recorded onto the In-house database
·Carrying out database searches and presenting initial applicant shortlists
·CV searching on Job sites and pre-screening applicants
·Taking references from candidates and clients
·Sending out CVs to clients and coordinating interviews and providing feedback
·Sending out business development e-shots and proposals and following up by phone
