We have immediate opportunities for experienced duty managers who are lifeguard qualified with the ability to manage people and deal with daily operational issues such as staff supervision, pool maintenance, customer queries and complaints, cashing up and opening/closing procedures. Duty manger roles are an excellent stepping stone in to more senior management positions and provide ambitious leisure professionals with excellent career opportunities.
We are looking for candidates with previous operational management experience within a leisure centre, you will need to have a current first aid certificate and ideally an NPLQ with over 6 months experience in a supervisory capacity.
