We are looking for an exceptionally strong and dynamic individual with a proven track record managing a proactive sales team to drive one of the finest luxury family orientated health and racquets clubs in Edinburgh forward. The key to success in this role is an ability to initiate a quality lead generation approach to generate quality and qualified prospects for your team of membership sales advisors to convert and in turn generate additional referrals.

You will need well developed coaching and motivational techniques to ensure your team meet and exceed daily and weekly key performance indicators in terms of activity and sales to meet the clubs monthly targets. It is a fantastic time to join this business as there is a huge amount of regeneration in the area with quality housing and significant levels of corporate businesses moving into the area which are both the ideal target markets. The club has smashed targets for the past six months and we are looking for a charismatic and inspirational leader to drive the business further forward.
