The Company
Our Client is one of the leading branded restaurant, bar & nightclub operators. An excellent opportunity to be a restaurant manager for the market leaders in the late night entertainment sector, we are looking for a Manager at the top of their game.

The role
The restaurant manager is to manage all aspects of the venue/restaurant while on shift.

The Restaurant Manager in liaison with the Head Chef, oversees the internal sales growth initiatives, standards of service, quality and the cost of consumption of food in their unit

The Restaurant Manager will assist the management team in operating and maintaining the unit to maximise profitability while ensuring that company standards, policies and procedures are maintained.


The person:
The successful applicants will already have a proven track record of successfully managing a high volume or branded restaurant.

Must be immaculately presented with excellent FOH skills

Be able to motivate and work with a team

Will ensure that on a weekly basis a full stock take is completed and provide an analysis report to the General Manager.

Be passionate about looking after patrons & corporate clients

Ability to delegate, priorities and handle pressure

Motivated to succeed

Must have excellent understanding of legislation regarding Health & Safety, Fire safety, Food safety & licensing law.

A personal licence holder
