The Company:
Our Client has one of the most aspirational Lifestyle bar & night clubs in Mayfair. An excellent opportunity to be a Bar Manager for a dynamic and forward thinking company. We are looking for a Manager at the top of their game, with a love of style, music, service, cocktails, champagnes, and everything to do with the lifestyle bar & night club scene.

The role:
The Bar Manager is to be responsible for all aspects of managing the bars.

As Bar manager you will be responsible for Stock control

The Bar manager will also have duty management responsibility and be expected to carry out open and closing shifts.

The Bar Manager is tasked with constantly challenging the current retail operation and researching new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability in their business.

Responsible for all people management responsibilities, from bartender recruitment through to training and retention.


The person:
The successful applicant will already be operating at Management level for at least two years within the upmarket lifestyle bar or late night industry

You must have sound financial acumen and have worked within venues with high stock holdings.

Must be articulate and immaculately presented with excellent FOH skills.

You will be used to operating within tight company guidelines in a high volume environment of at least £50k per week.

Be able to motivate and work with a team

Good mixology knowledge & understanding.

Must be passionate about service standards & product presentation.

Ability to delegate, priorities and handle pressure

Motivated to succeed

A personal licence holder
