General Manager – Leading Nightclub & Late Night entertainment Operator

The Company:
Our Client is one of the leading entertainment nightclub & bar operators. An excellent opportunity to be a General Manager for a aspirational dynamic and forward thinking company. We are looking for a Manager at the top of their game, with a love of style, music, service, cocktails, champagnes, and everything to do with the lifestyle bar & nightclub scene.

The role:
The General Manager is to be responsible for all aspects of managing the unit.

The General Manager is tasked with constantly challenging the current operation and researching new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability in their business.

Overall responsibility for ensuring the unit is operated and maintained to maximise profitability while ensuring that company standards, policies and procedures are maintain.

Responsible for management level direct reports and all people management responsibilities.

Ensure departmental financial targets are set and communicated for all members of the management team & owners.

Lead weekly Management meetings using detailed, pre-prepared feedback in regards to the unit performance as a whole.

The person:
The successful applicants will already be operating at General Manager level within an aspirational late night venue.

Strength in promotions & marketing must be able to generate sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability in the venue as a whole.

Be able to motivate and work with a team

Demonstrate full understanding and control of the Profit and Loss accounts and identify and solve any problems that affect sales and profit.

Ability to delegate, priorities and handle pressure

Must have passion for good service standards.

Motivated to succeed
