We are currently looking for Senior General Managers to run David Lloyds flagship Family Health and Racquet Clubs in the North. David Lloyd is viewed as the operator of choice for employees because of its excellent staff development programme and genuine desire to provide a high quality service to its members. As General Manager you will be tasked with driving the profitability of the business, with particular focus on retaining and attracting members while ensuring operational efficiency and delivery of brand standards.

To apply you will be an existing General or Regional Manager with proven track record driving a multi-million pound business, from either the leisure, retail or hospitality sectors. We are not just looking for a good business manager, but a personality, who has the skills and charisma to motivate and nurture their team, and a willingness to engage with members and strive for service excellence. Interested applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven and successful track record in running a multi faceted business with the ability to lead and inspire a team of up to 80 full and part time staff in an exclusive environment
