This Fitness Manager post is a fantastic opportunity to work in a superb health and fitness club. Your remit as Fitness Manager will be to oversee the smooth running of the gym, studios and driving the personal training business forward.

In addition to the operational and commercial needs and probably the most important part of the role is looking after the 3000+ members, ensuring that they have the best health & fitness experience possible. Member satisfaction is key to this role, as is delivering Brand Standards and maximising income opportunities.

This will be a highly customer facing role and you will be expected to motivate and challenge your team to maximise the delivery of five star standards.
