We are recruiting an experienced Manager who will be responsible for managing a busy multi-purpose Leisure Centre in North Lincolnshire.

Our client is a leading Leisure Management operator who specialise in managing local authorities leisure provision U.K. wide, with a reputation for service excellence and offering comprehensive training and development to team members.

As General Manager you will oversee every aspect of the business to achieve commercial, operational and community based targets. Coaching and developing your management team, maintaining brand standards, exceeding service standards and driving sales will be fundamental to your success in this post.

To be considered, you will have had at least two-years Leisure Management experience managing large teams, managing budgets and driving sales. You will be very strong operationally ideally within a wet and dry facility.
