As a Sports Manager Designate you will be responsible for all sports and activities available to club members, ensuring that you maximise member participation and customer satisfaction while capitalising on income opportunities.

This is a senior management role; the post holder will manage up to 6 departments and up to 40 staff, potentially managing the fitness department, studios, tennis facilities, kids activities and swimming pool programme depending on the site.

We are therefore looking for an experienced General Manager or Head of Department from the leisure industry that has a proven track record in managing large teams and large budgets to take on this huge challenge. You will be an inspirational leader, strategic and hands-on in your approach, highly organised and able to multi-task.
