SRG formerly Sportsweb Recruitment Group is the market leader in the provision of recruitment services to the leisure, fitness and hospitality industries in the UK. With year on year growth we now require essential recruitment support in the form of a Resourcer/Administrator to take the business further forward.

The role will be largely administrative and service based at first; taking telephone enquiries, loading candidate information onto the database, screening suitable applicants and organizing candidate interviews will be required. Responsibility will be taken for all website advertising and job postings, ensuring that we have maximum exposure across a range of mediums. With ongoing training and development, the post will develop into a resourcing role which is more proactive and eventually a recruitment consultant position if this is the direction you would like to take your career.

To succeed in this role you will have strong administration and organisational skills with a proven ability to work well under pressure and under your own initiative. You will thrive on multi-tasking across numerous areas in a busy office environment and have a can-do approach. You will be outgoing, confident, have an excellent telephone manner and able to think on your feet. You will be fully IT literate, conversant with Excel, Word, and Email. Ideally you will be degree qualified, have a passion for sports and fitness and will have worked in the leisure/sports industry.
