Membership & Sales Managers – Assessment Day 4th September

The Membership and Sales Manager post is seen as a senior management role because it is responsible for driving our primary source of income – memberships. You will not only ensure that you consistently meet and exceed monthly new membership sales targets, you will also be responsible for minimising attrition by driving participation and ensuring members receive the best possible service with every visit. You may be a successful Business Manager, Sales Manager or General Manager looking to get your foot in the door. The key is that you will have managed a large team or teams within a proactive process driven sales environment where excellent customer service is paramount to the business’ success. Above all, you will be an inspirational leader, have a flair for sales, and possess drive and determination in abundance.
