SRG are exclusively recruiting for a General Manager required for a well established golf venue based in West London. This very hands on and varied role managing many different aspects of this thriving and busy business. As General Manager you will be expected to manage and oversee all areas of this site which include a large driving range, retail outlet stocking the latest golf equipment and clothing and function rooms catering for up to 180 people.

The key competencies/requirements for this post are a strong business accountancy background, sports/leisure related management experience, proven people management experience, knowledge of HR practice and procedure, Health & Safety legislation, Conference and Banqueting experience. The ability to multi task and importantly to have a “can do” attitude is critical to this role. You must be able to lead your team by example and be able to think on your feet. Excellent communication & customer service skills are also an essential part to this role as you will be dealing with people at many different levels from members of the public to suppliers. You may already be running a smaller site and looking for more of a challenge or be an assistant manager looking for their first general management role.
