As Membership and Sales Manager your remit is to ensure that you maximize value for money for members, grow sales, drive retention and reduce attrition through the key tasks of selling membership and selling participation. You will manage, mentor and develop your team of 4 sales consultants working to tight daily key performance indicators in terms of generating contacts and appointments, sales and referrals. You will also be a key-holder and will manage the club in the General Managers absence.

We are looking for a highly experienced manager for this post from within or outside the industry. The key is that you will have managed a large team or teams within a process driven sales environment where excellent customer service is paramount to the success of the business. You will be an inspirational leader, have a flair for sales, and possess drive and determination in abundance.
