This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading health and fitness operator and be rewarded with career progression second to none. The role of the Membership Consultant will be to take responsibility for the continuous maintenance of customer service levels, along with the enrolment of new members to the Club. You may be required to work across a number of clubs, providing essential sales support on a face-to-face basis with an element of telemarketing. Working in a team environment and reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will have a passion for service delivery and an understanding of the sales process.

You must have experience of managing your own time effectively and efficiently. Ideally you will be from a health and fitness, or leisure based sales background and you will have experience of working to targets. Candidates from other industry sectors will be considered, especially if you have a desire to exceed expectations and have knowledge of health and fitness. You must have a professional attitude with strong communication skills both on the telephone and face to face.
