A great opportunity to take over the management of this extremely well run and profitable medium sized private health and fitness operator. It is imperative that you can deliver bottom line profit targets on a monthly basis through exceeding new membership sales expectations and maximising all opportunities to generate secondary spend.

To this end you will be genuinely passionate about sales and delivering a first rate service through having the ability to bring the best out of all your staff. You will need a passion for health and fitness and you will understand how to manage a business through sales, secondary spend and delivery of outstanding customer service. You must be able to demonstrate experience in monitoring and driving forward a number of different revenue streams. Knowledge of P&L's is essential and your commercial acumen must be good.

We are looking for evidence of excellent people management skills and a strong character who can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. It is essential that all applicants have a strong Management background with a specific emphasis on sales.

This does not necessarily have to be in the health and fitness industry but you must have proven success in a dynamic and pressurised customer service based environment. In a competitive marketplace, we can offer a highly competitive basic and excellent OTE.
